22: ASCENSION TO OLYMPUS
Upon Mount Oeta, I build a pyre and surrender myself to fire. Lightning splits the sky as Zeus welcomes me to Olympus, my mortal pain left behind. Hera, once my tormentor, embraces me as a son, and I wed Hebe, goddess of youth. From the ashes of my suffering, I rise immortal, my labors eternal in memory.
